YWAM Media Village has listed three categories of finance. Check for your region

CATEGORY A:  1st World (USA, UK, UE, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Hong Kong)

CATEGORY B:  Developing world (South Africa, Thailand, Madagascar, Africa, South America)

OPTIONS

All students are required to live in community for the DTS & DTS OUTREACH, so that the YWAM MEDIA VILLAGE principals of live-learn can be exhibited.

Students may elect to live off campus for second-level schools, meals are available at the listed price.  Meal coupons can be bought for a week at a time and are paid for in advance.

Nightly accommodation is also available at the listed price.

CONDITIONS

50% of fees to be payable on arrival and the balance in two equal payments at the start of the following months.

Students who do not pay their fees will be unable to graduate, be awarded any public acknowledgment for their work, or refereed for any other YWAM School.

YWAM-Media Village will retain certificates until all fees are paid.

All fees are quoted in ZAR (South African Rand) please check for current conversion rate.

Fees are decided by the country of your passport and not the nation of residence.

Fees can change without prior notice, please confirm with our finance office before arriving.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Airport pick-up:  From Cape Town International Airport to YWAM Media Village - R150.00 per person

Train station pick-up: From Cape Town Central Station - R150.00 per person

Laundry:  Available on  campus - tokens are available for purchase at reception @

Internet and Phone: Available from reception

Visas: Students are responsible for their visa fees or for extension of visas

Inoculations: Students responsible for inoculations and medical aid coverage

Refund Policy

Policy for termination or early student withdrawal due to extenuating circumstances, such as death in the family.  Students who are asked to leave the school due to disciplinary action will not be liable for a refund.

Prior to the first class session             100%

During the first week of classes          95%

During the second week of classes    85%

During the third week of classes         70%

During the fourth week of classes      50%

Beyond the fifth week of classes            0%

For Internships/ Spouse Accommodation or Staff Members.

All fees are payable one month in advance, should a student/staff/family member leave in the middle of the month there is no pro-rata rebate for the remaining weeks or days.

Fees paid in advance and still in the account beyond the 5^th week can not be transferred  to another student.
